"The property was booked for a short break. I found it to be a great stay, with everything needed to make a week-long stay comfortable. There were cooking utensils, a washing machine, cutlery, and crockery. The view was great, especially at night when the attractions lit up. It was in the centre of the old town, so easy walking distance to almost all that Batumi has to offer. I would definitely look to stay here again."

"Номер супер. Вид с балкона огонь, в номере все есть для удобства, стиралка, кондиционер, удобная кровать. Рядом есть кафе Эллада и пекарня Дона, там можно вкусно покушать. До пляжа минут 9, рядом много остановок, с которых удобно добираться до каких-то достопримечательностей. Очень сильно рекомендую, нам понравилось. Из минусов ночью лучше спать с закрытым балконом, машины иногда шумят, но отлично спать можно с кондиционером."

I was offered a pot of tea and could wash out my hiking gear. I had a comfortable room with a heating unit. I was the only guest, so I could have an early breakfast."

We arrived freezing and soaking wet, and they immediately took care of us, drying our clothes by the stove and making sure we felt warm and comfortable. Rooms were cozy and warm, even the bathroom nicely heated. The mountain view from the window was also breathtaking. They cooked us dinner and breakfast, and both were absolutely delicious, honestly the best food we have had in Georgia. Such a genuine, heartwarming place, we recommend!"
