Villa Saskia er fínastagististaður sem var byggður árið 2009 og er á friðsælum stað í bænum Otepaa, í um 200 km fjarlægð frá Tallinn eða Riga. Það er með verönd og einkatjörn. Villan samanstendur af 4 hjónaherbergjum, 4 baðherbergjum, stofu/borðkrók með opnu eldhúsi og útigrillsvæði. Þar er gufubað og aðskilið þvottahús og geymsla. Gestir Saskia geta slakað á við stóran arinn eða farið í sund í tjörninni á sumrin. Villan býður upp á ókeypis Wi-Fi Internet og það er sjónvarp með DVD-spilara til staðar.

"Väga ilus maja, mugav ja korralikult sisustatud. Aed oli suur ja kutsus õues viibima isegi halva ilmaga. Eraldi tooks välja sääsevõrgud uste ees (Eesti suvel kohustuslik) ja väga hea heliisolatsiooni (kõrvaltuppa ei kostunud ei beebi nutt ega norskamine)."

"Tiik oli üsna mudane ja kinnikasvanud, sisse minemine üpris libe. Paar astet veepiiril teeksid kohe asja paremaks."
