Ööbikuoru Villa er hvílir í fallegu umhverfi við vötnin þrjú: Liinjarv, Valgjarv og Suurjarv. Það býður upp á gistirými í rómantískum stíl með barnaleiksvæði og reiðhjólaleigu. Herbergin eru innréttuð í rómantískum stíl og eru með sjónarhorn yfir vötnin. Það er flatskjár með kapalrásum í hverju þeirra sem og baðherbergi. Veitingastaðurinn Andreas er staðsettur í byggingunni og sérhæfir sig í nútímalegu úrvali af svæðisbundinni matargerð. Morgunverður er sameiginlega í boði. Gestir geta slakað á í saltklefa eða bókað nudd. Almenningsströndin við Suurjarv-vatn er í 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð. Voru er í 16 km fjarlægð og Munamagi-fjallið er 8 km frá Ööbikuoru Villa. "The hotel is located in a unique landscape in southern Estonia - land of 7 lakes. This area is absolutely great for relaxing and good sleep. There is almost no any noise except for sounds of nature. You can keep windows open as they are equipped with anti-mosquito nets. Our room contained everything that was needed for comfortable stay and we enjoyed it."
"A chair that was in our room #3 had its back broken dangerously exposing sharp piece of wood. We covered it with a towel to avoid any injury. Everything besides this was fine."
