"It's a good location, close to some restaurants and small shops, as well as a metro station. You can walk to the old town in about 20 minutes. The breakfast was also good in the morning and I found the staff to be very friendly. The room itself was basic but comfortable."

"I love the decor and the facilities inside the room. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and was within walking distance to the historic part of the city. Unfortunately I couldn’t make use of the terrace on the 3rd floor because it rained heavily when I arrived. However, I took a look and one does get a Panoramic view of part of the city. It definitely is very good value for money."

"The facilities are good, the hotel is comfortable, they serve a good breakfast, the hotel is close to the city centre and one of the receptionists ladies was absolutely amazing. She has a short hair and I didn’t ask for her name but she was EXCELLENT and made my stay better. She was kind and polite, kept my luggage for a few hours after check in and when I was leaving she was actively helping me with my luggage. She really is a very service oriented person."

"The man who was at the reception on the night of my arrival was extremely rude because I ringed in the doorbell twice at 11 pm. The surroundings of the hotel are not safe at night and I was unsure if someone heard the doorbell. The amount of bad attitude I received from him was out of this world. He yelled at me saying I should only ring in once and his attitude and energy really ruined my first impression. He had his face covered and I could only see his eyes. On the other hand, during breakfast the lady prioritised serving two American guests before me, even though I arrived and ordered before them. This made me feel confused. Lastly, I woke with lots and lots of hives in my lower back. I cannot really tell what is this because I checked the bed and mattress before falling asleep and it looked ok but I woke up clearly not well so I have really mixed feelings about this hotel."
