"La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad lo cual facilita la movilidad dentro de la misma. Las habitaciones son amplias, contando con escritorio para poder laboral lo cual se agradece en los viajes de trabajo. El personal muy servicial. Cuenta con parking propio lo cual es favorable al encontrarse en pleno centro de la ciudad."

"El agua caliente demora un tanto en llegar a la ducha y con insuficiente temperatura, al menos en la habitación que tenía. El desayuno a pesar de las buenas opiniones, en lo personal me pareció normalito."

"The history of this Hacienda is incredible and it is all around you. The garden is beautiful and the rooms reflect the period also. The breakfast and dinner were very nice. We enjoyed the cocktail they served. Even more info about the history would be great as it was unclear when or why it had become a hotel but it had been at the centre of Ecuador’s social and cultural life at one stage"
