"This place is unique in the whole world. You're staying in a restored 800-adobe palace, beautifully decorated and with all the mod cons. The staff here will do their best to make your stay even more special with wonderful meals, fun excursions and incredible traditional music. A must when visiting Algeria! It's worth visiting Taghit just to stay here."

"I travel full time, and this place has been one of the best places I ever stayed. The location in the old Ksar is incredible. The decor and maze-like structure is pure magic, the staff is like family, the chef, Linda, makes the best food. Ryan arranges amazing activities in the dunes, to the lake, music at night and much more. I had booked three nights, but ended up staying six nights and didn't want to leave! The desert is incredible but so is the palm grove. I could easily have spent a full month without getting bored"

"Tout est super au Palais d'Or, le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins, la formule pension complète est très recommandable avec un très bon rapport qualité/ prix, des plats algériens très bons et des portions très copieuses. Le programme de visite et les activités sont incluses pour visiter le ksar, la palmeraie, le lac, les grottes, les gravures rupestres, les dunes de sable, ... Ceci inclus le couché de soleil et thé sahraoui préparé sur place au feu de bois"

"J’ai tout aimé, l’accueil, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, le repas du midi et du soir, et j’ai aimé surtout la beauté du lieu entouré de palmiers et de ce magnifique désert du Sahara … à couper le souffle… c’était tout simplement magnifique… dépaysement total.. La mama fait magnifiquement bien a mangé traditionnel.. et le personnel est super gentil avec de la musique traditionnelle le soir avec un feu de camp ! Merci à Wafa, Larbi, Messaoud, Momi, Rayan, Mahmar, Benaissa et les autres pour l’accueil vous êtes super gentil merci encore. C’était 4 jours de rêve, je recommande a 1000 % ! Merci pour ce rêve que j’ai vécu et à bientôt 👋🏼"
