I spoke with staff about this, and they upgraded me to a better room.- so they did the best they could, but it should have been advertised that the pool was not open The construction work on the top level was pretty noisy during the day - but they are trying to improve their hotel so there was not much the coukd do about it"

"there weren't many tv channels..very few.. utensils were very basic in the kitchen but i didnt have to cook so ok..i wish i had somewhere to put my toothbrush and toothpaste and other toiletries..rather than sitting on the edge of the sink. the receptionist was ok but not overly friendly and i had to go back downstairs to ask for the wifi password..she could have mentioned it..and give me a little introduction..but altogether fine"
