"A cosy modern apartment with a small balcony that gets the morning sun. The balcony side is sheltered in the afternoon and evening. The kitchen is compact and well equipped, with a small table and four chairs next to the sofa bed. There is a great WiFi connection and big TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is modern with a glass shower cubicle. On arrival everything was immaculate and clean, but bear in mind it's difficult not to bring quite a lot of dust into the apartment. Varnia is the local agent who is very diligent in addressing any issues with the apartment. During my visit there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly solved by her. I would have preferred a bigger balcony but most apartments have similar sized balconies."

"The apartment is ideally located in the city centre, on the main street near many shops, restaurants, the 5al da Música, and Mercado da Sucupira, yet remains well-insulated from noise. The apartment is equipped with new furnishings and appliances, including a washing machine, which was a great plus for us after a week of travelling in Cape Verde. The host was available throughout the booking and stay, and was very polite. She was also very helpful in following up on issues with the Wi-Fi."

"We had the apartment on the 4th floor, right at the top, with a roof terrace and a wonderful view over Praia. The apartment is brand new with a new fitted kitchen, bed, and bathroom."

"Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Perfect location near top of main street and across road from the beach. Restaurants, shops and bars all at hand . "Location. I stayed at the centre of the island, which was most convenient. The local shop makes a heavenly place into a paradise. For anyone looking for peace and tranquillity, this is the place. Walkable distance from the beach. And you're feeling really adventurous, like me, the neighbouring towns such as Santa Maria 2h, Palmeria, and Espargos are also walkable. Otherwise, you can always catch a Haice and the journey shouldn't take more than 16 mins tops."

"Ms Silvana was waiting in the apartment after organizing a Taxi from airport, showed us everything in the apartment and She was just lovely ❤️ Location absolutely superb, side street off the main street with restaurants and bars, big balcony was towards events garden and over a bar with live music, beach a 2-minute walk AC, Balcony, fridge/freezer all you needed even a wifi was organised (payable) Rustic Cabe Verde feeling 😎"
