"Hôtel à la structure magnifique, à la fois solide et aérienne. Le personnel est adorable, chacun essaie de nous faire plaisir."

"Le petit déjeuner a besoin d'être amélioré : jus de fruits industriel alors qu' on apprécierait un jus naturel. Les fruits proposés ne sont pas variés et pas au top de leur maturité et fraîcheur. Pas de pâtisserie, ni de beurre, seulement de la margarine. Quel dommage ! J'aurais mis une note supérieure s'il y avait eu un bon petit déjeuner."

"La atención, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con una puerta que no cerraba en el habitación #24 y el recepcionista Moisés manejó la situación muy bien y nos brindó pronta ayuda lo cual nos hizo sentir muy cómodas a mi hija y a mi , sin duda este chico tiene bien claro el verdadero sentido del servicio al cliente. Si nos hospedariamos otra vez 😊😊 Nota: nos gustó mucho el desayuno."

"The staff were lovely—very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the main bars and restaurants. The highlight for us was definitely the room: it was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also large, spotless, and well maintained. We also appreciated that coffee and drinking water were provided—it was a nice touch that we really enjoyed."

"The breakfast was lovely. I had pinto beans, plantains, bacon, scrambled eggs one morning and fluffy pancakes with banana, strawberries and honey the next. Delicious. The choices for evening meals were very good and the food was excellent . We didn’t bother looking elsewhere. The trip to see the quetzal was fantastic, our guide Angel (apologies for spelling) found the bird and we all got photos. The gardens were beautiful, full of flowers so of course alive with hummingbirds, and a large range of other bird life. There were several trails we could take, so we got our steps in!"

"The location of the hostel was great. The room was clean enough and spacious, the shared bathroom and showers were ok with hot water. There was a shared kitchen on site which helps if you want to cook. There is also a restaurant on site with options for breakfast and dinner (food is delicious). There is a bar if you want a drink, there is a pool and foosball which we enjoyed. For an extra fee you can have laundry done too. Wifi and the working space was great and would 100% recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful staff."
