"Casa Maria was very conveniently located by the bus terminal in La Serena meaning we didn’t have to walk for too long with our big bags. Close enough to the centre and approx 25 minute walk to the beach. The hostel itself was very cute and full of flowers in the garden, had lamps and hooks as well as clean, good-sized bathrooms. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to help us do our washing and give us directions around the town. We loved our stay!"
