"Great location, great price. The hotel is a bit used, the pictures are accurate. Still comfortable enough for a week stay. I had the shared bathroom single room. The bed was great, view was fantastic, room and common areas were always clean. Shared bathroom is okay as well (actually toilet and a bathroom) . All in all - if you don't expect much or are not into the luxury non-sense, its actually pretty comfortable and reasonable. The staff was great always helpful."

"We had an amazing stay at Berghotel Tgantieni! Silvano Beltrametti was incredibly friendly and welcoming — he personally checked us in and made us feel right at home. The entire staff was just as kind and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent. The cozy rooms, stunning mountain views, and warm atmosphere made it a perfect getaway in Lenzerheide. "They have different rooms with terrace and I managed to book the one I wanted to. They helped me to do so. Our room was just perfect for our stay: , clean, very sunny, wonderful view with a superb terrace and a big bathtub. Very nice, romantically furnished room and bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind beyond my expectations! They helped me to make a nice surprise to my friend's birthday and to make an unforgettable stay there. Breakfast is nice and the view is breath taking to the lakes and mountains. The pool and the sauna area is nice as well. We enjoyed staying there, too."

"We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours. They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help. It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!"

The team got me hot milk on my request. 2 minbwalbto conference centre. 5 to 10 min walk to most restaurants. Funicular station 10 min walk. Lake about 8 min walk. Provided me with a fan since there was no AC."
