Þó svo að viður sé til staðar í flestum herbergjum Chalet Schwalbennest eru sum með steinveggjum. Eitt af svefnherbergjunum er með baðkari í rúmgóð herberginu. Baðeinkaherbergin eru með nuddbaðkar. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði. Stofan er með nútímaleg húsgögn, arinn með glerframhlið og flatskjá með kapalrásum. Rúmgóða eldhúsið er með nútímalegum tækjum og ísskáp með innbyggðu sjónvarpi. Það er barnaleikvöllur í aðeins 50 metra fjarlægð. Það er strætisvagnastopp í 100 metra fjarlægð. Chalet Schwalbennest er í 200 metra fjarlægð frá Zermatt-kláfferjunni og Findelbach-lestarstöðinni. Matterhorn Express er í 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð. Skíðalyftur og miðbær Zermatt eru í 15 mínútna göngufjarlægð. Zermatt-lestarstöðin er í innan við 25 mínútna göngufjarlægð. Zermatt er bílalaus dvalarstaður.

"Great little chalet with two double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Old wooden beams were used in construction which gives the place an authentic feel! Great living area with A/V system for movie nights, and stunning views of the Matterhorn above. Lots of balconies, nice for morning hangouts. Thank you Daniela."

"Die Lage ist Top mit direktem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Zur Bergbahn sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Die Haltestelle der roten Linie befindet sich in der Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeberin."
