Entry road was very bumpy.

Road to the camp is not in the best conditions.

"Shtiuie and Abu-Shamir are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfest was well served with eggs, pita breads, cheese, and vegatabales. The fireplace kept working and coffee and tea was served continousely. If we had any problems Shtiuie took care of them!"

The location is misleading. The place is actually inside the beduiwen village which is crowded by animals and noise. My friend wasnt able to sleep. as for me it was not a problem.

"This is glamping with so much adventure and fun. It was perfect for a family with kids and the privacy of the tent area is huge. The free BBQ amenities including charcoal and wood are also great. We just brought our BBQ menu are off for a glamping BBQ night. Winter time the temps drop to almost 10 degrees during our stay and there is no heater inside so it was difficult to sleep."

I wish they manage special occasions with a nice arrangement. A simple one birthday greeting for a child could mean a lot to their memories

"It is situated not so far from the Kolsai lake, the position is suitable for parking as well."

We ordered urta - the kazakh national house for living but the temperature was + 11 degrees above zero only, for south people it’s too cold for summer, thus we asked the administrator to change the place of living , she agreed but the room was only for two people not for four and the prices were different, urta costs 38.000 tg, the room- 25000, and administrator didn’t return the difference.

The food was also outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We honestly cannot understand some of the negative comments regarding the food, as our experience was excellent in every aspect. If you are looking for tranquility, stunning desert scenery, and warm hospitality, this is the perfect place. We would return anytime!"

"The location is a bit out of the city center, which you can expect for accommodation in yurts. It is a pleasant, peaceful, quiet location. The tent was really clean and nice. The lady who welcomed me was very kind, the breakfast was very tasty and the property itself is beautiful. During my stay, they were still doing some work, I believe, so it will be even nicer over time. But it was already top of the top!"

When I marked the location of the accommodation on Yandex, the driver had some problems finding the accommodation. The same thing happened to me when I left. The drivers and employees were so friendly that I just handed them the phone and they arranged everything themselves.

"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

The road to get there is hard if you have a sedan especially after a snow storm.
