When we arrive at Cottage007 they didn't have any records on their side that the accommodation is including breakfast, we had to pay again for the breakfast for me and my wife for 2 nigths that we already paid for on booking.com. I really trusted bookings.com and have always used it for my family vacations but I'll never use it again. And we were also told that the room per night is R600 yet we paid more than R950 on bookings.com.....really disappointing."
