She called us before we left South Africa and gave us all the details we would need, and when we lost the network, we already had all the details. We arrived late but she was so kind to wait for us until we arrived. She was helpful she even offered to show us around the area if we needed help or assistance."
"This is not that we did not like the place but just to make the travelers awere when they are booking especially when they are traveling with kids. The apartment is not on the first floor, and there are no lifts. If you have heavy stuff going up, the steps could be a mission. We were traveling with a 9 months baby, and going up and down the steps carrying him was a bit of a challenge."
