"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a sea view room. Looking out on the panoramic sea view every morning was just fantastic, and sitting on our balcony enjoying the sun and magnificent sunsets was amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious and the beds were super comfy. The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The spar facilities were good and after a day of sightseeing it was nice to have a sauna, steam room and swim. The breakfast each morning was a varied spread to suit all tastes and the staff in the restaurant were really friendly and accommodating. A big thank you from us to all the staff for a really enjoyable holiday."

"The location is superb. Yes, we've seen the bad reviews, but we chose to come here for the location. Staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk to the gentleman helping us with the luggage and restaurant staff, everyone was amazing! The restaurant manager was very helpful and staff always kept the tables cleared. The room was kept clean, fresh towels and bedding every other day. The pool was also clean and staff maintained it every day. The animation team was also very sweet and made sure everyone had a great time at the pool. As an overall impression, the best things this hotel has are it's staff and location. Upper management should really invest in the building because it's a real shame for its potential. Food was of a less variety than what we've seen at other hotels here, but it was good, fresh and tasty. The snack bar was exceptionally good, with sandwiches, pastries, ice-cream and doughnuts. Drinks were also very good. We loved the coffee here."

"A true Boutique and Family hotel run by a very professional and splendid family. The best located hotel in Old Nessebar - the best place to stay in Old Nessebar. Very nice restaurant with a terace with sea view. It is the 15-th year we are comming here each summer - during this time the hotel changed several time the personal. This year they made a decisive forward step with the new management to whom I wish good luck and great success for the wellbeing of their guests."

"The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean, and staff are always picking up litter and cleaning up. The slided are great and are plenty of inflatables and queues were small. (Note we were midweek). Lot's of food and plenty of variety. Drinks are local, but are good to enjoy some in the sun. We always found a sunbed available, though it can get busy. We stayed at the apartment, and is awesome. A/C and the windows are very good soundproof."

"The room was bigger than expected, very clean. Wide range of selection for food. The hotel is literally on the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas included for all guests. Overall, we had pleasante stay (in august)."
