"I used the hotel as it was the nearest to the hospital, as i was with a patient. Rooms are spacious, clean, and food is also big portions and delicious."

"The staff was very friendly and polite. We checked in late so they waited for us to arrive. Easy to check in and check out. Offers private parking and breakfast on the property."

"The fridge had mold on the sides, the rest of the cleaning was ok. The pillows were quite uncomfortable."

"Bathroom has no cabin for shower, not even a glass wall to separate from the rest of the bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows, but the bed was large. Early check-in with no extra charge."

"We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — very central and right in front of the gondola, which makes everything incredibly easy. Vasil, the owner, is absolutely impeccable — extremely welcoming and helpful. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and, to make the experience even better, he is also the owner of a ski rental shop and ski school. We rented our equipment and took ski lessons directly with him, and everything was perfect and very well organised. To top it all off, he kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until 4 pm, as the next booking was only two days later and our airport transfer was scheduled for the afternoon. This made a huge difference and showed real care and flexibility. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend both the apartment and the COOL ski school. It’s the perfect combo! We will definitely be back next year."
