"Great location.for getting to the hotel (by taxi) and really convenient for local sites and restaurants.. faultless and friendly customer service, even serving breakfast before schedules hours..the rooms were warm (we visited in winter), and hot showers and a comfortable bed."

"We stayed in a room in a high traffic area, which was quite noisy. We could hear always hear other guests come and go."

"Both rooms were well equipped with an ensuite shower and toilet. The rooms could both access to a small conservatory which was a nice place to chat. The breakfasts were very good. The location was central and convenient for the Christmas markets and light displays. The staff were friendly."
