De Kleppe er sjálfbært sumarhús sem er hreiðrað um sig í Everbeek, 44 km frá Sint-Pietersstation Gent og býður upp á garð og sýn yfir innri húsgarðinn. Gististaðurinn státar af lyftu og arni utandyra. Sumarhúsið er svo og með ókeypis WiFi, ókeypis einkabílastæði og aðstöðu fyrir hreyfihamlaða gesti. Orlofshúsið er með verönd, garðútsýni, setusvæði, flatskjá með gervihnattarásum, fullbúið eldhús með uppþvottavél og ofni og sérbaðherbergi með sérsturtu og hárþurrku.
