The comfort - superb, it was clean and had everything you need. The hospitality - unmatched. The way the host and her family went above and beyond to make us feel at home is not something you receive with accomodation bookings these days. So this was just lovely. My kids had the best time sledding down the local hill and making friends for (I hope) life. I will come back here every time we return to Bosnia."
