My room had everything I would need, and I felt super comfortable staying there. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't have any issue with noise - the window was soundproof enough that I didn't hear anything from outside."

The booking profile showed an incredibly rich buffet breakfast, which I was so much looking forward to, that it was half the reason I booked the hotel, but when I got there, it was just a menu of pre-set breakfast portion options. It wasn't bad in any case, but the profile did set up unreasonably high expectations that were not matched."
