Skíðarúta, sem stoppar fyrir framan gististaðinn, flytur gesti á Rosshütte- og Gschwandkopf-skíðasvæðin sér að kostnaðarlausu. Gönguskíðabrautir eru í 5 mínútna göngufjarlægð og boðið er upp á afslátt með Gästekarte Seefeld við innritun.
