"Very good breakfast. Location next to ski lifts and Terme St. Katherin. However if you do not stay long public Terme are not needed. Kolmhof have own very nice SPA zone with saunas and quite big heated outdoor swimming pool. Really great."

"Cozy family-run hotel in a beautiful area of Austria. We really liked the atmosphere and classical decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Plenty of space to park. Room was spacious, views from the balcony were very nice. Room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. Structure of having the same table every morning / evening was nice. Swim-in / out pool was nice and one of the reasons we decided to stay here. Spa has 3 types of saunas to choose from and a steam bath. Kärnten Card with free access to nearby lifts is a nice touch, although presumably calculated into the price."
"Dinner could have been a little better for the price. Bed had 2 loose mattresses which wasn't too comfy, although the separate blankets were appreciated. Expected a little more of the spa / pool area, it's relatively small and the indoor part of the pool could have been bigger. Temperature of the outside pool could have been a bit higher for comfort. Saunas are nice but no bathing suits allowed - we found this a bit odd, but maybe we are of a 'newer' generation. All-in-all we found the price, also considering it's the offseason, a little too high for what we got."
