Active Apartments er hreiðrað um sig á rólegum stað í miðbæ Maria Alm. Það býður upp á rúmgóð, sérinnréttuð gistirými með eldhúsi eða eldhúskrók og sérbaðherbergi. Sum eru með svölum. Hver íbúð er með setusvæði og kapalsjónvarpi. Te/kaffiaðstaða og ísskápur eru í hverju eldhúsi/eldhúskrók. Dagleg þrif eru í boði gegn beiðni og aukagjaldi. Skíðageymsla er líka í boði fyrir gesti Active Apartments. Skíðalyftan Naturn er í 200 metra fjarlægð. Skíðarútan stoppar 50 metrum frá gistihúsinu og fer með gesti á nærliggjandi skíðasvæði. Ókeypis almenningsbílastæði eru í boði á staðnum. Hochkönig-kortið, sem býður upp á mikið af fríðindum og afslætti, er innifalið. Á sumrin geta gestir notað almenningssundlaugina (í 1 km fjarlægð) sér að kostnaðarlausu. Ókeypis barnapössun með ýmiss konar afþreyingu er líka í boði í þorpinu.

"Everything about the stay was great, but just a small note: I had requested a king-size bed, but instead I got two single beds pushed together. It wasn’t very comfortable, especially since I was staying with my child. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests."

"Perfect location close to the cable car, shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful view from the large balcony. The accommodation is sufficiently equipped, clean, spacious, ideal for a group of 8 people. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Alles was super! Enige tip: Het koffiezet apparaat is met cupjes van Tassimo. Het soort benodigde cupjes zou handig zijn ergens te vermelden of 2 cups erbij te leggen bij aankomst. De billa was die dag gesloten dus we konden deze niet kopen helaas (en in de billa waren van veel merken en maten koffie cups te krijgen dus we hadden initieel de verkeerde)."
