Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "This is not an ordinary tourist trap place - beautiful hotel with stunning view from the room and terrace, surrounded by wild nature. The road to the parking is a bitnarrow as you drive through an authentic village but nothng dramatic for an ordinary driver. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is perfectly clean and working in order. All you need you can find in the apartment + fully equipped kitchen. Very warm welcome on reception just wraps up the experience. The stay reminded me of old times in grandparents house deep in forrests, amazing experience!"

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

I did not understand it when booking, but our room had shared Bathroom and toilet, but it was fine, as there were no other people on the floor except us. Unfortunately the windows in our room are not openable. Even with existing ventilation and side fan it felt abit stuffy in the room.
