"The hotel is located very far from the city center. Even by public transport it takes at least 20 minutes, and during rush hours the trip can easily take 40–50 minutes because of traffic. This is very inconvenient for tourists who want to explore the city and move around freely. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. It was extremely poor and far below any acceptable standard — just a piece of bread and some salad. No variety, no hot food, and definitely not enough to start the day. After this “breakfast,” I had to look for a café elsewhere every morning. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms, especially from upstairs. At night, the neighbors were running around the room, and every step was clearly audible. Getting proper sleep was nearly impossible. There is no elevator in the hotel, which makes the stay even more uncomfortable, especially if you have luggage. Climbing the stairs several times a day is exhausting, particularly after long walks around the city. The most unacceptable issue was housekeeping — or rather, the complete lack of it. During five days of stay, the room was not cleaned even once. Trash was not taken out, towels were not changed, and the bed linen was never replaced. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel."

"Spacious apartment in a quiet location — clean, everything is new, with good bed linen and towels. The beds are comfortable. Blackout curtains. Everything needed for a short stay is provided. It's a bit far from the city center, but we had no issues with the location since we rented a car. Laundry service is available for an additional fee, and an iron can be requested for the room. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for serving and having meals. The staff is friendly and responsive — they quickly resolved any related questions. Breakfast is available for delivery to the room with several options (we didn’t order it)."

"There was some confusion regarding services, such as room cleaning. It is available only upon request rather than on fixed dates or a daily basis. Another challenge was its location, a somewhat obscure area that is difficult to find, especially without a signboard for easy identification."

Очень теплые номера - были на новогодних праздниках и ни разу не включали кондиционер на обогрев. Само место расположение - очень комфортное, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей города (на такси). Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Все понравилось. Спасибо!"
