"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. Everything was very comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and designed in a way that made daily living easy and convenient. The apartment is very quiet, which makes it perfect not only for rest, but also for people who need a calm space to work remotely. All the amenities were included, tea, coffee, bath supplies and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The sleeping conditions were excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the apartment felt new, clean, and very well maintained. You can really see the care and attention to detail. Another big advantage was how easy and convenient it was to access the apartment and get the key, without needing to wait for the host. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Honestly, there were no disadvantages at all. Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly enjoyed our stay."

"Judging by how fresh everything feels, it seems we're among the first guests after the renovation. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen, though small, had everything we needed. All the equipment is brand new. We're travelling with a baby, and usually in hotels the fridge is too small to fit everything we bring along. Here, it was nice to have a proper full-size refrigerator. The location is great. It's away from the loud central streets, but it's only a 10-12 minute walk to the old town. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby, and a bigger supermarket, Yerevan City, about 8 minutes away on foot. Also, literally in front of the guesthouse there is famous Gwoog restaurant, mentioned in every travellers guide."
