Small balcony,a quick late night checkin,secure,ambient lighting in rooms, Baggage storage,Water/coffee/tea/small minibar in rooms. Staff couldnt have been any more helpful especially as we left the guy on reception gave us free coffee and helped order a GG taxi."

The location is absolutely perfect—everything is within walking distance, including Republic Square, great restaurants, cafés, and shops. It made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy living space. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days of sightseeing. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions and gave great local recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Yerevan. It’s a perfect combination of location, comfort, and great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The place is centrally located close to everything, between two big streets which is very convenient but the little street itself is very quiet. The instructions on how to get there were very clear and the host was super quick to respond. The rooms and the whole place is brand new, clean and had everything we needed and even more - a kettle, shower gel, slippers and even the little fridge and a microwave! it has big windows and balconies! There are just 4 rooms and we stayed in 3 so it was just us. The next time I am in Yerevan I will surely stay here!"
