"Liked the apartment, it is comfortable and well planned. It has air conditioner that is very useful when it was +43. Also there is boiler in the bathroom. There are many shops and markets really close in the neighborhood. To reach the beach it takes 20 min of walking to Plazh i Vjeter and 40 min to the Lungomare"

"Очень милые,добрые, приветливые хозяева- пожилая семейная пара. Общались мы с ними через Гугл переводчик. Уютный номер с собственным душем и туалетом, кондиционер, холодильнике, эл.чайник( кухни нет), есть своя терраса с видом на море, столик для посиделок, можно сделать шашлычок. Пляж в 20 метрах вниз по ступенькам. Ещё большой плюс( как для нас)- дом находится на окраине Саранды- и там пляжи чистые и малолюдные( но многие приезжают на машинах с центра, т.к.на центральных пляжах люди ходят по головам). Есть кафе,на пляже, ресторанчики с вкусной едой и нормальными ценами, так же есть и лежаки.."
"We rented the property between July 22 and early August 7 2024, we found it exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. In front of property a lovely vegetable garden full of fruits and vegetables, lovely nice flowers before the front door of the house . Excellent property owners keeping the front always fresh and thoroughly clean even in the hottest weather. We were even given bags of free fresh fruits and vegetables from their own other garden elsewhere. Lovely and very hospitable owners. I and my family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend so highly the very nice property owners. We were surprised that we were thanked by the very respected owners that thanked us as a family for looking after their property.
We thanked them back for respecting our privacy and allowing to enjoy our holiday by using their property.

"Our stay at North Alpine Villas was absolutely unforgettable. The location is perfect for exploring the Albanian Alps and visiting places like Theth, while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The villa itself was beautiful, very clean, cozy, and designed perfectly for a mountain getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi with the incredible view — such a relaxing and unforgettable experience, especially in the evening surrounded by nature and silence.
